I have been using for MAC operating system as my primary device for an exceptionally long time and have also faced situation, where my MacBook pro had died couple of times due to accidental damage. • Carrying physical hard drives during travel: The accidental damages can happen at any time and often the accidental damage happens on the travel. Most times, MAC users will not be carrying their physical hard drive on the go and the time machine backup drives are stored in their desk. However, when the accidental damage happens on the road, the pain of recovering important files and data for work is frustrating and most complicated process.

Events of dropping and broken mobile phone screen

It has been long time since I have posted about few activities happening in my day-today life and this post is going to be one such post. In this post let me split the sections into two distinct categories, action section, reaction section and verdict section. 

• Action: My wife had been using android phone for past couple of years and the phone seems to meet my wife’s requirement and for her day-to day activities. I have been trying to use Mac's numbers as replacement to traditional Microsoft office Excel applications. However, I feel few restrictions while using the applications and Excel application was comparatively eased to use. Let me list down the constraints I faced while using Numbers in MAC system and how Apple can address these concerns to help users like me to migrate completely from Excel application to Numbers. 

• Lack of Sort & Filter options: For most times, I feel frustrated, without filter and sort options and most times I export file as Excel to sort or filter rows to make informed decision. I understand Numbers support sort & filter options, but those options are mostly complicated and hard to use to extract insights from the data. 
• Copy/paste with Transpose option: Excel has unique possibility to convert rows into columns and vice versa, while copy & transforming the data into the Sheets. However, Numbers lack this feature and often I import the data into rows or columns from Excel into Numbers to make business insights
• Customizing Toolbar: While working in Excel, the ribbon includes all-most complete set of functions are available with touch of a button. However, in Numbers it usually takes a while to get used to the functions and few functions are little bit complicated to get used to it. 

Above are all my observations while using Numbers on my Mac and Excel applications with similar requirements and on same data sheets. Roasted in the onsite call because of my Manager

As told in the earlier post that I was looped into a large opportunity and the most frustrating part was that my manger will also be working along with me. Soon after the kick-off call for the large opportunity, I was about to take a quick break and without leaving a minute break my manager called me up and was listing some 5 different talks to be completed in 2 mins. I was like, is my manager out of his mind, as all the activities that my manger was detailing can wait and there were other important activities to be completed before my end of the day. However, with no options left for me, I had to work on all the tasks listed down by my manner and had no time left to work on the actual tasks listed down by on-site leaders. As the day ended, we had hands session with the on-site team to take over the activities left over by our team. The call started and for first few mins we were detailing on the plan for the opportunity. Later, when my manger started to detail the activities completed during our offshore time, the on-site lead got furious and was blasting us for working on unnecessary items and wanted to complete only the activities listed by them.
