As told in the earlier post that I was looped into a large opportunity and the most frustrating part was that my manger will also be working along with me. Soon after the kick-off call for the large opportunity, I was about to take a quick break and without leaving a minute break my manager called me up and was listing some 5 different talks to be completed in 2 mins. I was like, is my manager out of his mind, as all the activities that my manger was detailing can wait and there were other important activities to be completed before my end of the day. However, with no options left for me, I had to work on all the tasks listed down by my manner and had no time left to work on the actual tasks listed down by on-site leaders. As the day ended, we had hands session with the on-site team to take over the activities left over by our team. The call started and for first few mins we were detailing on the plan for the opportunity. Later, when my manger started to detail the activities completed during our offshore time, the on-site lead got furious and was blasting us for working on unnecessary items and wanted to complete only the activities listed by them.
